New Members - Application for Membership

If you would like to become a member click on the following link to access and download the application form. the membership fee for the year commencing 1st January 2017 is $40, which includes a $5 joining fee. The completed form can be mailed to our address or emailed to the Secretary. Addresses are posted on the left of this page.

Note1: that there are two pages to the application form and you are asked to read both pages to ensure you are aware of your obligations as a member.
Note 2:The form then must be approved by the membership in meeting before you are accepted as a member. You will then receive an welcome letter, your receipt, a card badge and a rules booklet.
